Refund policy

We want everyone to be happy with their purchase at Plant Be Studio. But we also know that sometimes, things don't go according to plan... that's life! Simply let us know within 14 days and we will get it sorted.

Returns
You have the right to request a return of your purchase within 14 days of delivery, and you then have 14 days to return your goods to our studio.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not provide return labels or cover the cost of returns.

When sending items back, please include the original delivery note that was sent in the package with your order number and state whether you would like a refund or exchange (and what you would like in exchange). 

Please ensure that items are wrapped and packed securely so as to avoid damage in transit. We do not offer refunds or exchanges to items returned damaged.

Please note that handmade items vary in colour, shape and design and such variations are not faults of the product. No guarantees are given as to the suitability of any items for any particular use and no responsibility can be accepted by Plant Be Studio for any such use.

Receipt of damaged goods
If you have received an item which is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photographs, and we will replace or refund the item.

Undeliverable / Address not found / Return to Sender
Packages returned to us will be automatically refunded. If a return fee is charged by the courier this may also be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product being refunded arrived damaged or faulty.

Shipping
To return your item, please mail your product to: Plant Be Studio, 9 Devonhurst Place, Heathfield Terrace, London, W4 4JB, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
