Shipping policy

Shipping costs
Due to the weight, fragility and the amount of physical space some of our products take up, shipping costs can seem quite high. We are always looking to lower costs and hopefully, as we grow we will be able to offer better options in the future.

Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched from our studio in West London within 1-2 business days if we have your items in stock. You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed and a shipping notification when your order has shipped. Items may take longer to ship during high traffic periods such as international holidays and during promotional periods.

Packaging
We aim to be mindful of our impact on the environment. We reuse the materials that our suppliers have packed the products in. To cut down on waste we'd like to encourage the 3 Rs; Reduce, Reuse & Recycle!

International shipping
If you require a shipment to a country outside of the UK you can email us at info@plantbe-studio.com and we can deal with your request on a case by case basis.

Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can look into it.

Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
